Orders

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

We encourage you to check through your order carefully before confirmation.

Once payment has been made, we will not be able to amend your order.

Can I add-on more items to my order after it is placed?

Yes, you may add-on items to your order as long as it is before a confirmed delivery date.

To add-on more items, kindly place a new order.
Under “Special notes”, enter the words ‘Add on to (your original order number)’ like so:


Select “Ship”




Then “Add-on to existing order” as your preferred delivery method



Lastly, proceed to place your order and make payment.

Can I cancel my order / request for a refund?

Once you have made payment to your order, no cancellation is allowed. You can email your request and reason for cancellation for our review.

Should cancellation be allowed due to special circumstances, it will be done at the discretion of United Bakery Supplies Pte Ltd.



What happens when I receive the wrong or missing item(s)?

We encourage you to check the delivered products in the presence of our delivery personnel.

In the event that there are wrong delivered / missing items from your order, please contact our salesperson or email us at unitedbakerysupplies@gmail.com

Do ensure that the product(s) remains unopened in its original packaging. We will then arrange to make the change for you. Products with tampered packaging will not be accepted for exchange.

Can I go to your warehouse to make a purchase?

Unfortunately not at the moment.

However, you are welcome to pick up from our warehouse after placing your order online. We will confirm your order for pickup once payment has been verified.

How can I pay for my order?

Please refer to the order confirmation sent to your email. You can make payment via PayNow or Bank Transfer (internet banking / ATM transfer).

We encourage you to make payment as soon as possible so that we can assign the nearest delivery date for your order.

Please note that your order will only be confirmed and processed once we have verified the payment.

Take a screenshot or photo of your PayNow / Bank Transfer transaction and reply to your order confirmation email with the necessary information required.

Upon verifying payment, you will receive an email from us within 24hours to confirm the date of your delivery / pick-up arrangements.

Do you accept cash on delivery?

Sorry, we do not accept cash on delivery. Orders are only confirmed and processed upon payment.

Can I pay using my credit card?

As there will be a 2.9% fee imposed for every transaction made using credit cards, we’ve decided to provide other payment options so that we can translate all cash savings to you! :)

Exchange Policy

I bought the wrong item. Can I please do an exchange?

Following SFA regulations; once merchandise has been delivered, there will strictly be no exchanges or refund on produce, dairy, meats, and frozen food items.

Exchanges are applicable strictly only for damaged or defective products that have been delivered to you within 5 days.

In the event that there are damaged or defective products in your order, please take picture(s) and email us at unitedbakerysupplies@gmail.com

Please check your order thoroughly upon receipt of goods.

Customer Account

Must I create a customer account before placing an order?

It is optional to create a customer account on our website.

Having an account with us will enable you to have easy and quick access to your previous order(s). It will also save you time from re-entering your shipping, billing and contact information upon each checkout.

Delivery & Self Pickup

Is delivery free?

Delivery is free for orders $120 and above.

For orders below $120, there is a flat fee of $15.

Alternatively, you can also self pick up at our warehouse for free.

Can I request a specific date and time for my delivery?

As we have a delivery schedule for each area, please refer to our delivery schedule to correctly estimate which day your order will be delivered.

Our deliveries cannot be made at a specific time as this depends on our delivery fleet’s delivery route for the day. Please understand that we have to consider deliveries for other customers in our daily delivery route as well.

What is your delivery schedule?

We follow a strict delivery schedule. Please refer to the following

We do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays.

Can I change my delivery to a different address?

An administrative charge of $10 may be applied for changing to a different address. Please contact us at least 3 working days before your confirmed delivery date.

When can I receive my order?

Delivery date will be confirmed by email. Usually, we can deliver within 3 working days.

For peak period (i.e. Lunar New Year, Hari Raya, Christmas and etc.), please order in advance to avoid disappointment.

Alternatively, you may opt for self pickup from our warehouse.

My delivery is scheduled for today. Can I check the estimated time it will be delivered?

We will not be able to advise you on the estimated time as our driver might face unforeseen circumstances on the road.

Where can I pick up my items?

You can opt for self pickup at our warehouse during our operating hours.

To avoid disappointment, please call the office at 6282 4394 before coming down.

How do I create an account?

How do I earn points?

For every $1 spent, you’ll earn 1 point.

Other ways to earn points:

  • Create an account with us and be awarded 100 points immediately!
  • On your birthday, receive 50 points on us. On top of that, points are also doubled when you shop with us on your birthday. Hurray!
  • Refer a friend to our store and receive 50 points when your friend places an order.
  • Leave us a review on UBS Google Business page to receive 50 points.
I have referred my friend to your shop with my referral link. When will I receive my 50 points?

What can I do with my points?

You can redeem for rewards with your accumulated points. Rewards include free products, discounts of your total bill, free shipping and more!

Will my points expire?

Yes, your points will expire within 6 months of issuance.

I have just spent $x at your store but I have not received any points.

Thank you for shopping with us! Your points will be credited to your account 7 days after your date of purchase.

How do I redeem for rewards?

After logging in to your account,

> Go to Rewards tab (bottom right of screen)

> Go to Get rewards

> Redeem rewards that you’re eligible for

> Checkout the reward that you have redeemed

Please note that you can only check out one reward in each order.

I have redeemed multiple rewards with my points but I am unable to stack my rewards at checkout.

You can redeem for multiple rewards with your points and can only check out 1 reward per order. Rewards are non-stackable.

As there is no expiry for rewards that you have already redeemed, you can checkout your other redeemed reward(s) in your next order(s).

I don’t wish to be a member anymore. Please refund my points and rewards.

Existing points and rewards redeemed are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credits or vouchers.

I don’t wish to be a member anymore. Please transfer my points to my friend.
